Weddings
Thank you for considering us for your special day. We’ve put together some information that might help with your planning and some of your questions!
What sets us apart? Glad you asked.
We make delicious food. Yeah we do! We are culinary-inspired, cooking up creative twists on classic dishes and new tastes to highlight local flavors.
We love local. We love serving local, fresh ingredients not only because they taste better, but it supports our community of local businesses and farmers…and it’s the right thing to do.
We care about the environment. We source over 50% of our products from Wisconsin supporting our local ecosystem. We have a compost program through Compost Crusaders, use all earth-friendly disposable products, and are the only certified Green Caterer in Wisconsin.
We love our couples! To be part of their big day is one of the biggest honors. Our team does what it takes to make the planning process less stressful, answer all your questions, and make it memorable for you and your guests.
If this sounds like something you want in your wedding caterer, read on my friend!
All of it is great information, but we know you want to know what this all means for your wedding budget. We hear you.
We create custom menus for each wedding that we do, and price our events on a per-person basis. This means no hidden fees and clear, concise pricing so you know exactly what you are paying for. For full-service catering, prices vary greatly depending on menu, location, and service style. For 2024, our average all-inclusive price for a buffet is $95 per guest, family-style service averages $96 per guest, plated dinner service averages $89 per guest, and dinner stations average $100 per guest. Our minimum for full-service Friday, Saturday, and Sunday events is $10,000.
These per-person average prices from 2024 include the following:
appetizers (2 to 3 passed appetizers, an appetizer station, or a combination of these two)
a salad course
2 protein options
1 potato or pasta side
1 vegetable side
Plus, china rentals, linens, dessert service, coffee station, staffing, gratuity, and sales tax
