We know how overwhelming it can be to choose a wedding caterer and select your menu. That's why our team is here to help you every step of the way...which starts with your tasting!

First Steps

Here's a quick overview before you join us for your tasting:

1. Inquire with our event team (let us know your date, venue, & guest estimate).

2. If your date is available, we’ll schedule a phone consult with you to discuss menu options.

3. Afterward, we’ll send over a proposal tailored to you and your wedding.

4. (Preferred) Secure your wedding date with a deposit and begin locking down the details of your menu (we'll help you!).

Once you have spoken to someone from #TeamTallGuy and have received a detailed proposal with agreed-upon pricing, we can discuss tasting options.

What to Know Beforehand

Your wedding tasting should give you a glimpse of what you and your guests will enjoy at your upcoming wedding! It also gives you a chance to meet with one of our event coordinators and ask questions.

A Few Tips:

• Don’t eat beforehand – go in a little hungry & save room throughout the tasting; you don’t have to eat everything on every plate either!

• Know dietary restrictions – have a general idea of dietary options you want to provide to your guests.

• Keep seasonality in mind – we pride ourselves in using local and seasonal ingredients in our menus but keep in mind that produce will taste differently at different times of the year.
