While I can’t help with the hangover or lack of sleep the night before, I can make the morning a little sweeter with this mocktail using the Bitter Orange flavor of Top Note Tonics.
Per the Top Note Tonic’s website, you should pair one part tonic with five parts sparkling water. Instead of plain sparkling water, I use San Pellegrino’s Melograno e Arancia (Pomegranate and Orange) flavor (thanks Mrs. TG for getting me hooked on fancy water!). Carefully pour into champagne glasses and you are all set!
