We Love Top Note Tonic!

Fruity Mocktail Featuring Top Note Tonic

We know how exhausting a wedding can be, and we’re only a small piece of the event-planning puzzle! And to top off all of the festivities, there’s often the morning-after tradition of the gift-opening brunch. By this time, everyone’s happily worn out, and ready for an easy, tasty treat. Let us recommend the brilliance of Top Note Tonics for your beverage mixing pleasure!

While I can’t help with the hangover or lack of sleep the night before, I can make the morning a little sweeter with this mocktail using the Bitter Orange flavor of Top Note Tonics.

Per the Top Note Tonic’s website, you should pair one part tonic with five parts sparkling water. Instead of plain sparkling water, I use San Pellegrino’s Melograno e Arancia (Pomegranate and Orange) flavor (thanks Mrs. TG for getting me hooked on fancy water!). Carefully pour into champagne glasses and you are all set!

If you’re looking for something a bit stronger with your breakfast, this syrup would add great flavor to a traditional mimosa or mixed with straight champagne. Check out their recipe page for more ideas.

I’d be remiss if I didn’t remind you that we offer great catering options for brunch (think chocolate monkeybread muffins, mini chicken & waffles, farmer’s casserole, etc.) that would be perfect for the gift-opening party. Leave the cooking to us. You just enjoy the blissful couple, and mocktails!
