Looking for Thanksgiving catering? See our Thanksgiving catering page.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and we’re preparing to help you with your celebration. Whether you need an entire meal for 20 people catered, or you’re just a single dude who needs to bring a dish to pass for the family meal, we’ve got you covered.
We’ve added two delicious salad options to our menu this year. The Fall Harvest salad (pictured here) includes organic greens, locally sourced apples, pomegranate seeds, pecans, cucumber, red onion, gorgonzola cheese and croutons with our house-made citrus vinaigrette. The Bleu Pear salad includes organic greens, sliced pears, bleu cheese, and candied pecans with a Fuji apple vinaigrette.
When it comes to side-dishes, we’ll prepare your favorites with fresh, local ingredients and our Tall Guy twist. New to our menu this year: Fresh green bean casserole with house-made mushroom sauce, fried onion strings, and sourdough bread crumbs, as well as our Gnocchi mac & cheese with gruyere and Wisconsin sharp cheddar. And don’t forget the dish that people rave about year after year: Cauliflower gratin with applewood smoked bacon and gruyere cheese.
We’re also whipping up your favorite traditional dishes: classic mashed potatoes with turkey or vegetarian mushroom gravy, honey glazed baby carrots, cranberry orange sauce and more.
And when it comes to the main event, you’ll love our turkey breast by-the-pound to serve a few or a crowd, and choice of classic bread stuffing or apple-bacon-cornbread stuffing.
We’ll round out your meal with dinner rolls (challah knots or sesame rounds), Wollersheim Wine, and dessert – Mrs. Tall Guy will join me in the kitchen again this year to make her specialty: Salted caramel chocolate pecan pie – which pairs well with Purple Door Ice Cream.
