Welcome to the easiest Recipe for Antipasto Skewers ever. We keep these antipasto skewers on our Tall Guy catering menu year round because they look great and always please the crowd!
You can choose your favorite ingredients and customize this to your taste easily. I always try to stick to a couple of meats, a couple of pickled items, something fresh, a cheese, and a piece of tortellini.
Make sure you cook your pasta al dente so that it doesn’t fall apart when you pierce it with the skewer! And I recommend getting pitted olives for easy of putting this together.
I love using mozzarella balls (personal fav) but you could also easily substitute cubes of feta, cheddar or any other cheese you prefer.
- Pitted kalamata olives
- Bleu cheese stuffed green olives
- Cheese tortellini
- Pickled brussels sprouts
- Grape tomatoes
- Mozzarella balls
- 24 bamboo skewers
Put one of each ingredient on a skewer. I try to alternate colors and use greens and reds at the holidays – feel free to take creative license with your skewers!
I’ve made these the night before and kept them in the fridge, but I recommend making them only a few hours before your party.
