You haven’t truly lived until you’ve had these Cheesy Crab Bites directly out of the oven. Canned crab and jarred cheese might not be my normal ingredients, but sometimes you just have to live a little!
To prepare ahead of time, tightly wrap and store finished English muffins in the freezer. Pop them right in the oven from the freezer. No need to thaw.
Cheesy Crab Bites
- 1 large can of crabmeat, drained
- 1 jar Kraft English Cheddar (found by the Velveeta)
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 package of English muffins
Combine the first six ingredients and spread on sliced English muffins. Place muffins open-faced on broiling pan and broil for eight minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Allow to cool for a minute or two and cut into fourths before serving. Serve warm.
